We are looking for an experienced Senior Development Chef to join this leading food manufacturer, reporting into the UK Head of Culinary Innovation. You will work very closely with the business to deliver inspirational products.
The role
Provide tried and tested recipes to support the business as required
Develop accurate and robust back of pack recipes/hint and tips as required by Product Development teams
Keep up to date with trends in recipe formats, food presentation and styling etc.
Delivery of food presentation requirements for all internal / external events when required
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will come from a chef background and now be working as a senior development chef with a food manufacture/protein business. You will need:
Creative flair for food
Recipe creation
Culinary / presentation skills
Planning & organising and coordinating relevant activity
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities and quick turnaround requests
Passion for food and product and understanding of quality standards
