Calling all creative NPD Managers - Are you looking for a new and exciting role with a leading and innovative UK food business?

As a current NPD Manager you will lead a successful NPD team working closely with all leading retailers. You will have a passion and drive for delivering innovative products first to market for the consumer. You will have excellent customer facing skills, and good working experience of concept through to launch. You will have experience of working in a multi-site environment.

As NPD Manager you will be a foodie at heart and you must have great retailer experience.
You will thrive on innovation and delivering new products into the retailer sector.
You will have extensive experience of working in an own label, fresh & chilled food manufacturer with a proven track record of building relationships with customers - ideally Aldi, but as long as it is retailer facing that will be fine.
You will be an enthusiastic and driven individual who is highly organised and will always put the customer first.
