About the Job

Due to continued investment in new equipment, the company now requires a Senior Packaging / Automation Engineer based on Days. You will be Leading a team of four Automation / Packaging Line Shift Engineers x 1 per shift. Ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards, maximising machine efficiencies, on multiple fast-moving packaging lines, driven by PLC automated machinery.

The Ideal Candidate

You will come from a fast-moving machinery background within food or packaging ideally, and should be able to work on their own initiative. Management or Senior Supervisory experience within an automated environment is critical and it goes without saying that excellent interpersonal and time management skills to deal with the response time pressures is essential.
