About the Job
In this role you will be working closely to play a significant part of a forward-thinking team that are offering a career-defining opportunity for an aspiring team leader. The role will involve managing the development projects, offering planning advice and consultation, liaising with clients directly on projects, attending client meetings, site visits and managing and obtaining supporting documents.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Planning professional with MRTPI or similar, to lead the provision of Planning Consultancy within a multi-disciplined team. The candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills working with a team of Surveyors and Design teams. We are looking for someone who can manage over 100 rural, commercial and village development projects including planning Appeals per annum.
