Perhaps you're a current Process Technologist who is wondering where you go in your career? The step up to Process Manager may just be outside your reach… For now! This is a perfect step into a supervisory type of role whereby your knowledge will provide invaluable to the Process Technologist + Process Technicians in the team.

Within this role you will; guide and mentor those in the team, take the lead on projects handed over from the Concept Team (With our client's growth plans, there will be plenty to go at!), working collaboratively with relevant stake holders, ensuring these projects are delivered within agreed timescales against the critical path. Scaling up these tasty recipes will be vital to make certain they are ready for Factory Trials. You will regularly support the pre-production runs of some of the tastiest products available in the UK!

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• c5 years' experience within a similar Process/NPD role
• Good understanding of Processing Machinery
• Great Communication Skills in order to liaise between departments!
