About the job:-
We are working with a very highly regarded Food Manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a Senior Procurement Manager to cover their Packaging, Ingredients and Indirect sourcing. This role will be covering a significant spend for the business, essentially managing everything that isn't a raw product. They have an incredible growth plan and this role is going to be critical in achieving this growth.

About the Role:-
Working closely with the Procurement Director, you will be providing key support to the wider team. This will be in terms of understanding the requirements of the business and offering ideas and solutions. You will be empowered (with support) to go out and improve the costs and / or service you receive from your suppliers. Relationships are key to success in this role. The business work in a collaborative way and they need someone who mirrors this approach.

The Ideal Candidate:-
You will have significant experience as a procurement manager and have in depth experience of either ingredients, packaging and / or indirects procurement within a food business. This is a high paced operation and you will need to work well within this kind of environment. It is really important that you are a team player and that you are driven to achieve the best results.
