About the Job
They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Senior Rural Surveyor to join their established and growing team in Oxfordshire.

The job will include undertaking property and taxation valuations, sales and lettings of property, compensation claims, grants and subsidies and joint ventures. You will be working closely to support the fast-growing and vibrant team with a growing number of clients. Also identifying new business opportunities, managing and developing both new and existing client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be MRICS or AssocRICS qualified with experience working within a similar role. The candidate will be ambitious, organised, results-driven, with attention to detail, and keen to solve challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills. A keen team player and possible experience in managing diverse teams.

A successful candidate will require a practical understanding of property, land, business and agriculture and will have a proven track record in dealing with clients in a professional manner.
