Are you an experienced technical leader in food manufacturing? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Manager to shape the technical function of the business, one of the UK's largest fruit-packing operations. You'll work closely with internal and external customers to ensure food safety, legality, and quality across high-risk and low-risk areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Technical strategy for the site.
• Lead Site Technical teams to deliver quality for own brand and third-party customers.
• Drive culture change, ensuring safe, high-quality products and safeguarding against food safety risks.

What We're Looking For:

• Expertise in food manufacturing, quality, and food safety legislation.
• Strong leadership experience, including multi-site management.
• Qualifications in Microbiology, Food Science, HACCP, and Lead Assessor.
