About our Client
Our client is a leading grower packer of fresh produce into the retailer and foodservice sector. They are at the forefront of innovation and customer quality is key for them.

About the Role
As Senior Technical Manager you will be responsible for driving technical agenda with the customers but also working closely with the factory manager to ensure product quality and packing is utilised the best possible way. This is a customer and factory focussed Technical Manager role.

The Ideal Candidate
This is a senior-level role, so you will need a proven track record of working in a Senior Technical role within a food / fresh produce. You will be a strategic thinker and people leader with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders and customers. Experience in leading audits, BRC and dealing with retail customers is a must-have.
