The Company:

The business I'm working for is currently looking for their next shift coordinator the role where both the Head of Operations and Operations Manager started.
They have clear plans for growth in the coming years and with that the promise of developing your talents to progress your career.

The role:

As the shift Co-ordinator you will be directly responsible for multiple lines and making sure that the line leaders and their team are achieving the targets set by the management team.
You will be reporting directly to the Operations manager and looking at ways in which your team can perform better and how you will implement these changes and new processes.
Your role will also heavily focus on the development of your team allowing them to work at their full capacity and progress in their careers.

What you'll need:
* Previous hands-on experience managing a team, preferably within a Food or Fresh Produce environment.
* A high level of computer literacy
* A passion and strong ability to develop your team.
* An understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and the ability to implement them.
