About the Job

They are looking for a highly experienced Shift Operations Manager to support and assist the senior management team; ensuring the production is running efficiently, delivering against daily targets.

You will be responsible for leading and coaching your team, delivering against the business plan and promoting and encouraging values. You will assist the senior team to achieve KPI's / goal requirements and provide a communication route for the day-to-day operations to the Site General Manager.

You will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

The Ideal Candidate

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced production / Operations Manager ideally coming from the packaging sector if not FMCG.

It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your work load accordingly.
