About the Job

You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfil the daily plan. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the manufacturing process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards.

The Ideal Candidate

It is essential that you a manager with a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf life FMCG environment, knowledge of lean methods and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach.

As well as generous remuneration you will be encouraged to train and improve your own knowledge and skill set - ideally you will come with a Green Belt but if not don't worry as they will be more than happy to put you through the training!
