About the Job

You will be responsible for the site's operations; the production and packing of produce whilst meeting the highest of standards. You will be leading and coaching the team at all levels, delivering against the business plan and promoting and encouraging the company values. A strong focus on Lean and CI will be expected from you also.

The Ideal Candidate

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced production / Operations Manager coming from the food processing sector with a preference for fresh produce expertise. It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your workload accordingly. It is also absolutely vital that you are not only an experienced people manager but have the ability to lead, influence and advance a team effectively.
