Do you have experience working within Site Compliance and all things technical for a fresh produce business? If so this could be the role for you.

About Our Client

We are working with this large family owned grower pack of fresh produce, who are looking to recruit on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover) for a Site Standards and Compliance Manager.

About the Role

As Site Standards and Compliance Manager, you are responsible for delivering customer and legal compliance and requirements related to Packhouse, Field Operations, Workers and Site Accommodation. You will continuously drive excellence and industry best practise to develop all aspects of the sites.

The Ideal Candidate

For this role you must have experience of leading audits, BRC, TFS, SMETA & SEDEX ethical audits, good understanding of HACCP and level 2 Food Safety, have experience of using retailers online portals. You will have experience of working with fresh produce in a similar role.

Salary

£30-£40k plus 33 days annual leave, pension.
