Site Technical Manager |Fresh Produce | Ely

I am working with a leading grower packer of fresh produce who are looking to recruit an experienced Site Technical Manager. You will be technical lead for the whole of the site. You will ensure all customer requirements are met with regards to day to day quality, due diligence and that business is covered from a legal requirements.

The role

Be lead technical decision maker on-site requirements.

You will be responsible for due diligence.

Ensuring all finished product meets specification

Lead technical audits

Leading a team including hygiene

The candidate

Experience of being a Site Technical Manager ideally within a food /fresh produce business

Experience of BRC 8

Experience of leading audits

Strong management experience
