Site Technical Manager |Fresh Produce | Ely

I am working with a leading grower packer of fresh produce who are looking to recruit an experienced Site Technical Manager. You will be full technical day-to-day lead for the whole of the site. You will ensure all customer requirements are met with regards to day to day quality, due diligence and that of all legal requirements are met.

The role

Be lead technical decision maker on-site requirements.

Due diligence.

Ensuring all finished product meets specification

Lead technical audits

Leading a team including hygiene

The candidate

Experience of being a Site Technical Manager - must have fresh produce knowledge and experience

Experience of BRC 8

Good Microbiology knowledge

Experience of leading audits

Strong management experience
