Are you an experienced sprayer operator who enjoys working independently and takes pride in doing the job right? Looking for a role where you'll have variety, responsibility, and the chance to work across large-scale cropping areas?

The Role

• Carry out spraying across multiple sites in Kent and Essex
• Maintain chemical and fertiliser stores and stock lists
• Tractor work including cultivations, bed making, drilling, and fertilising
• Winter work includes plant maintenance, general farm tasks, and occasional packhouse/delivery support
• Applications planned by agronomists - you'll ensure accurate and timely execution

About You

• Ideally 3+ years' spraying experience (PA1, PA6 preferred)
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Independent, reliable and happy working on your own
