About Our Client

We are working with a horticulture business who have seen a lot of growth over the last 4-5 years. As a result of their success, they are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Stock Controller to manage our inventory and purchase products / stock based on our company's needs.

About the Job

You will be responsible for including tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with clients, senior management and internal teams.

Ultimately, you will increase profitability and day to day operational effectiveness by maintaining optimal stock levels of quality products at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a proven track record as an experienced Stock Controller with a good working knowledge of inventory management software and supply chain procedures. It is essential that you come from either the horticulture or fresh food production industry.
