Our client is a very successful family-run company that is very well established in the horticulture and retail sector. Because of the family-run nature, you are always appreciated and involved in the process from start to finish. Our client is very customer based so the service provided to customers is second to none, it's a great environment to be in and an extremely good team to be part of. Due to continued expansion, we're looking to fill a brand-new role within the business.

About the job

The job itself is a Store Manager so you will be running all retail areas while heading up and directing a team of talented department heads. You will be reporting directly to the retail director. You will be in charge of driving and managing sales as well as motivating the team below you to help achieve those targets.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience in similar environments and be a very good motivator to help the team do their jobs with a smile. You will thrive on the people aspect of the job as you connect with the customers as well as your team which means being approachable and visible. Experience with substantial budgets is also ideal but not essential.
