About Our Client
We are working with a very forward thinking Fresh Produce business who have a very impressive track record and are looking to recruit a Marketing/ Customer Service Executive to support their growing team.

About the Job
You will be the voice of the company and representing their brand. Some of your main duties will include processing of customer orders daily, updating and feeding in forward customer orders into the internal stock system,Liaising with suppliers to ensure deliveries to customers are on time and accurate, Regular reviews of customer forecasts and orders these into the internal stock system liaising with Supply Chain Team Leader on changes to customer ordering patterns, updating of weekly reports to be sent to customers, Assisting Supply Chain Team Leader.

The Ideal Candidate
Past experience in customer service and/ or marketing is advantageous. If you have an understanding of the food industry, it would be a distinct advantage. However, it is more important to prove that you can work effectively under pressure and manage tricky situations in an appropriate way. You will be based in their office in Spalding 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
