You'd be working closely with the Head of Technical. So being able to liaise with a senior decision maker of the company can allow the potential to be a part of some crucial decisions needing your input for the company.

You'll be required to visit the various sites, which expenses would be covered. But you'd be working in a Hybrid fashion, onsite 3 days a week, with the large majority of the work being in Cambridgeshire.

This role requires engagement with various teams within the business. As a Sustainability Executive or Manager, you will coordinate, collate, and report data relating to carbon and environmental sustainability.

With that, you'd be working internally and externally to propose carbon and environmental mitigation projects and strategies.

To gather the relevant data, you will visit and communicate with the various sites, growers, and suppliers, completing and submitting carbon reports for customers and other external stakeholders.

Your role will ultimately control the development of the overall carbon reduction/Net zero target strategy.

Working with all major retailers, the company in question is a growing business although already extremely established.

With multiple sites, the plan for this company is to continue to increase the market share of their chosen product.

The company produces over 350,000 tonnes of their product per year, with 2 major growing hubs with packaging sites too. The company is run on 100% green energy, using solar panels and wind turbines.
