We are working with a large and highly respected Fresh Produce business who have just invested significantly in their infrastructure, which is enabling them to operate at peak efficiency. As part of their continued commitment to consistent improvement, they are looking to appoint a Systems Analyst to help them ensure they can adapt their processes quickly and effectively when needed.

About the job:-
You will be the key link for the business with anything Systems related. You will be in constant contact with the users to understand what works well, what is challenging and what can be improved. You will regularly assess the functionality of the systems and look for ways of doing things better. Training other members of business to use the systems properly is going to be an important aspect of the role. The better trained they are, the less chance you will have simple to fix questions!

The ideal candidate:-
Ideally, you will have experience as a Systems Analyst and preferably within a food manufacturing environment work with ERP requirements. A good working knowledge of SQL querying, SAP and other related programmes is important. Communication is critical in this role. You will be speaking to a range of business functions in order to understand the different requirements each area has in order to implement the system properly. Experience of using Agile methodologies would be very useful too.
