They cover products in the frozen, chilled and ambient categories in both brand and own label. They have invested significant funds into their facilities to enable them to create new and exciting bespoke products.

The role
As Technical Administrator you will be a key player within the department, you will be responsible for customer specifications, questionnaires and technical documentation. Registering and arrange product testing with laboratories, you will update KPIs and Technical trending data e.g. complaints. Deputise for the Technical Services Manager

The candidate
The ideal candidate will currently be doing a similar role within a fresh produce/food business. You will have experience of HACCP and good attention to detail are a must-have. Experience of retailer and B2B portals are a must-have. Knowledge of QMS and BRC. You will build good working relationships internal and external for the business.
