You will be responsible for food safety, quality and integrity across a site that manufactures premium products and a Quality team of 5 will report into you. Management of HACCP, Quality Management Systems and site audits are your bread and butter but the coaching and mentoring of your team will be top of your agenda. You will work closely with an Operational Team that understand that product quality and safety ownership is not just for the technical team. Best of all you will be part of the SLT and play a vital part in the future direction of the business.
