Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Motivate and develop the Technical and Quality team to achieve excellence.
• Quality Management: Ensure product safety and maintain the highest BRC accreditation standards.
• Customer Relations: Manage site-based customer technical management, addressing complaints, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Process Improvement: Lead technically focused projects to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in a science-related discipline preferred.
• Experience: Retail/fresh produce environment experience required.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and managerial skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
