About our Client
We are working with a leading grower and packer of fresh produce, who have a purpose-built, state of the art packhouse and High Care processing factory. They supply into leading retailers and foodservice customers 52 weeks a year and are looking to recruit a Lead Technical Manager.

About the Role
This fantastic Technical Manager opportunity is ideal for someone wanting to lead the technical agenda for the business, working closing with the customers ensuring they always get the correct specification of product. You will have the ability to lead BRC, manage the supplier approval process, be "hands-on" on the management team and lead the technical team through coaching and mentoring.

The Ideal Candidate
For this role you will be currently working as a Technical Manager within a fresh produce/food manufacturing business, you will have good working knowledge of retailer standards, knowledge of high and low-risk production, will be involved and ideally led a BRC audit, have HACCP level 3, Food safety level 3and ideally have an internal auditor qualification. You will have excellent communication skills across the board and have a flexible approach to work.
