About our Client

We are working with a specialist ingredient supplier of bulk packed aseptic juices, working with iconic brands and an impressive private label portfolio. Who is currently seeking a talented Technical Manager to join the small dynamic team due to the current TM retiring.

About the Role

As Technical Manager you will be reporting to the company directors and will be responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured by the company meet safety, quality, and legal requirements. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to lead the business's technical agenda, working closing with the customers, ensuring they always get the correct specification of product. You will have the ability to lead BRC, audit suppliers and manage the supplier approval process.

The Ideal Candidate

For this role, you will be currently working as a Technical Manager or an experienced food technologist who has the talent and ambition to learn quickly to fast track your career to Technical Manager. Ideally, you will work within a food manufacturing business, knowledge of high and low-risk production, you will have been involved and ideally led a BRC audit, have HACCP level 3, Food safety level 3. You must have excellent communication skills across the board and have a flexible approach to work.
