About the Role

As Technical Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Technical and will be accountable for the technical and QA activities within the factory with responsibility for driving the technical agenda supported by a multi-disciplined team. The Technical Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured by the Company meet safety, quality and legal requirements. This will be achieved by monitoring and maintaining the Company and the customer's quality assurance systems, food safety audits and HACCP.

The Ideal Candidate

For this role you will be currently working as a Technical Manager within a food manufacturing business, you will have knowledge of high and low-risk production, within a multi-component business. You will have been involved and ideally led a BRC audit, have HACCP level 3 and Food safety level 3. You must have excellent communication skills, be use to managing a team and have a good understanding of retailer standards.
