About the Job

As Technical Manager you will lead on-site technical compliance ensuring systems and procedures are BRC compliant and meet legislation requirements, you will facilitate and lead all site audits, manage the site Quality Management System and support the site by establishing GMP and hygiene standards with audit and review and continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced Technical Manager and be able to demonstrate experience in maintaining an internal audit programme, technical strategy implementation and experience of delivery of BRC certification and/ or equivalent certification standards. Ideally qualified in a relevant Food Science, Food Technology or Microbiological degree, with Level 3 HACCP and level 3 food safety.
