About our Client

Our client is a leading grower packer of fresh produce into all the main retailer. They are at the forefront of innovation and customer quality is key for them.

About the Role

As Technical Manager you will provide leadership and management of the Technical Department to contribute at the smooth operations to the business objectives and targets in accordance with quality, BRC and Safety Standards. Management of Technical Compliance team to ensure product are manufactured to high standards to meet all agreed internal and external specifications. Maintain a robust auditing programme that continues to meet the requirement set by BRC and their customers. Be customer facing on all technical issues and support the commercial team.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be ideally educated to a degree level in food science, food technology, or a food safety-related discipline for this role. With a minimum of 3/4 years in a Technical customer-facing role with retail customers. HACCP and food safety qualified.
