About our Client
We are recruiting for an established creamery, and they have a fantastic vacancy for an experienced Technical Manager or an experienced QA Manager looking for their first Technical Manager role to join the team on this lovely island.

About the Role
As Technical Manager you will manage the technical department ensuring the business is fully compliant and up to date with legislation/customer requirements and to maintain full accreditation at all times.

The Ideal Candidate
For this role, you will be ideally educated to a degree level in food science, food technology or a food safety-related discipline. With a minimum 4 years in a Technical Manager position. Experience of managing a team, HACCP and food safety qualified. We are looking for diary knowledge ideally, if not you must be experienced in chilled food production.
