We are working with a leading fresh produce business that supply into retailers with a range of pre-packed fresh produce items, they have very high standards and are looking for an experienced customer-facing Technical Manager to drive the Technical agenda with a leading retail customer.

The role
Be the key point of contact with retail customers
Technical management of supply base for key customers
Hosting of customer and supplier visits
Ensuring products, systems and procedures are compliant with customers' code of practice
Develop research and innovation plans for customers
Deputise for the Head of Technical when required

The candidate
Experience in working as a Customer Technical Manager within the fresh produce sector
Ideally, Top 4 retailer experience
Have excellent communication skills
Ability to influence
