About our Client

Our client is a leading packer of fresh produce to the retailer sector, they are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager to drive customer quality forward. This is a permanent role based in Spalding.

About the Role

As Technical Manager you will be responsible for driving the technical and quality agenda for the business, leading audits and customer and supplier visits. Managing customer KPI's, BRC, ensuring due diligence is in place at the start of season, and doing end-of-season reviews.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to have a proven track record of working as a Technical Manager within fresh produce, ideally fruit. You will have good experience of working with retailers in a customer-facing role. Have good experience in dealing with and managing suppliers and growers. Have the ability to be hands-on, as well as be strategic.
