About Our Client

Our client is a grower packer of fresh produce based in the heart of Kent.

Due to continuous business growth, they are looking to expanding their Technical team to deliver the best quality for their retail customers.

About the Job

This will be a hands role were you will be oversee the running of the QC team.

You will provide a technical information as and when required to customers, you will drive the technical agenda and vision for the business. You will ensure that all products are in line with customer codes of practice and compliant with all technical requirements.

Working closely with other team members as and when required

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a proven track record of working in a Technical Manager position or maybe this could be your first Technical Manager position. You will be a strong leader and have experience of managing a team.

Ideally, you will have experience of top fruit, if not fresh produce is a must-have.
