About Our Client

Our client is leading grower of UK grown fresh produce into the UK retailers. They are investing in the business with the appointment of a Technical Manager to drive the quality of their products.

About the Job

The role will very hands on, to manage the quality and technical standards for the business, you will manage and motivate a small team, you will work closely with customers to ensure they get the best quality products available. You will be responsible for audits for the business including BRC.

The Ideal Candidate

You will currently be a Technical Manager within a fresh produce business. You will have experience of being in a customer-facing role with a retailer. You will have a proven track record of driving quality standards forward and improving processes within a business. You will build good working relationships internal and external.
