The Technical Manager will have overall responsibility for ensuring delivery of safe, legal and authentic products to meet Isle of Man Customer Standards and expectations and deliver this in a way that ensures a safe and compliant working environment for all staff.

You will be a part of the Senior Management Team who directly report into the MD, who has big growth plans to push their tasty products Worldwide! The Technical Manager will have 4 Direct Reports across Quality, Compliance and Hygiene with a further 10 in-direct reports, this will truly allow you to drive Quality Standards needed to bring about their growth plans, what an exciting time to join!

On a daily basis you will Monitor and Report Site Technical and Quality KPIs; Lead HACCP & TACCP; Provide an effective Food Safety Plan and QMS; Engage with customers technical teams; work closely with the sales team to set specifications on new production/packing materials and much more!

The Ideal Candidate:

• Technical/Quality Management Experience within Food Manufacturing.
• HACCP/Food Safety Level 3 Minimum
• Experience of working within High-Risk environments
