Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the day-to-day across the tills section.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction are met by all staff.
• Carry out effective analysis of transactional reports while also ensuring company policy is adhered to by your team.
• Train and lead a dedicated team when it comes to customer service.

You

The candidate we are looking for is someone who has worked within a Tills/Customer Service position before, ideally with supervisor experience already under their belt. Due to ideally needing the tills experience as well, we are looking for a retail background.
