Trainee Agribusiness Consultant | South West

We are working with a well renowned and brilliant consultancy business that provides valuable advice, analysis and strategic advice to farmers and landowners up and down the UK. They provide an outstanding service to their clients with in-depth and original advice which has given them an excellent reputation with clients and customers alike. They are looking to add a future superstar to their business in the form of a graduate trainee.

The Job:
You will be joining the business alongside one of the established consultants where you will gain first-hand experience of the day-to-day role played by an agribusiness consultant. You will learn how to build relationships with clients, understand their business and its specific characteristics that will make you an invaluable asset to your clients by being able to provide well thought out advice and suggestions.

The long term aim will be for you to begin to build your own client base in the area, growing your own network along with the business by providing reliable and consistent advice over a long period of time.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A degree or equivalent level qualification, preferably in agriculture, agribusiness or similar sector.
Any hands on farming experience or previous consultancy experience would be an advantage.
Excellent written, Microsoft Office and communication skills will help you build and maintain relationships, not only in the business but with clients also.
