On Thursday 9th of November Guy, Andrew and Tom attended The Worshipful Company of Fruiterers November 'Master and Wardens dinner' held in London. MorePeople were privileged to be one of the sponsors for the dinner.

The Worshipful Company of Fruiterers are a forward-thinking City Livery Company with a remarkable history dating back to the thirteenth century. Their longstanding commitment has been to support both the City of London and the fruit industry. In the present day, their membership is divided, with over half actively involved in the fruit industry and the remaining members drawn from a broad spectrum of professions within the City and the wider community. The overarching goal is to uphold influential fellowship, champion the interests of the fruit industry, and support the Lord Mayor and the City of London Corporation. Aiming to build upon our ancient heritage and traditions, ensuring their continued relevance and impact. The Fruiterers support our industries by caring for workers, developing young talent through apprenticeships, and fundraising for charities. Their commitment ensures the growth and well-being of both the fruit industry and its workforce.

We would like to congratulate Stephen Swainston on becoming a Freeman of the City!

MorePeople Executive Chairman & founder Guy Moreton is a liveryman himself, MorePeople were happy to sponsor and support the promotion of the sector. We would like to thank The Worshipful Company of Fruiterers for the opportunity to network with the other 106 attendees and allow us to get involved with such an exceptional event.
