Background
With a degree in Politics, a stint as a nightclub bouncer and the experience of multiple high-stakes transformations in his kitbag Sean has had a chequered career. For the last fifteen years Sean has been delivering people-focused and business growth projects across some of the biggest brands in the world right through to background heroes you've never heard of: Google, HP, NHS England, Rijk Zwaan, LV Logistics, Pinpoint and many more.
He joined MorePeople in 2025 to lead our Executive Development service.
An interesting fact about Sean...
When Coldplay were doing their very first tour they got into a scuffle at a students union and Sean threw lead singer, Chris Martin out of the building! Unsurprisingly he's never been given free tickets to a concert since.
