What's the Role?

Imagine starting your day with a freshly brewed coffee before cracking on with farm visits, where you'll provide invaluable advice and guidance to farmers.

Your lunch breaks are spent chatting to colleagues, getting your admin done and prepping for the next meeting.

In the afternoon, you're back in the field, sharing your crop knowledge, building long-lasting relationships, and promoting exceptional products around Norfolk and Suffolk.

Joining a renowned commercial agronomy business not only enhances your career but also enriches your CV.

What do I need?

You'll already have the crop knowledge that comes to all things arable. This could be through your role as an assistant farm manager, or a farm manager, but you know it's time to develop yourself.

You'll have your FACTS or BASIS and be looking to do more. The good news is, they'll put you through any other qualifications you might need.

As you know, a driving licence is essential, as you'll be out and about most days
