About The Role
This versatile role will see you working closely with the Harvest Manager across all aspects of the operation. You will ensure everyone is working efficiently and remains motivated. You will work closely with the farm manager, ensuring the highest possible yields are obtained.

The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone looking for a role during harvest. You will have experience in large-scale growing environments (with any agricultural crop) and be ready to get involved in this hands-on role.

The position is a temporary one with real opportunities to become permanent.
