Background
Originally from a food retail background, Sarah was responsible for recruitment and compliance at one of the Waitrose branches. She started recruiting in Agriculture and Horticulture when she joined MorePeople and found a real passion for the industry. She is NVQ Level 3 qualified in recruitment and loves chatting to passionate industry professionals.
Sarah is also on the YPHA committee, a group to unite the under 35's in Horticulture and get more young people into the industry by showcasing the great opportunities there are!
An interesting fact about Sarah...
Sarah has raised over £3,000 for a small NGO and spent two months volunteering with them in Ghana. On her first trip she witnessed a village with no electricity in their homes have their first street light turned on and villagers of all ages dancing underneath it!
