About the Job

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will assist with overseeing the day to day operations, from warehousing to stock control to budgetary control. In a hands-on business, you will lead from the front, mentoring, managing and supporting individuals throughout the business across all departments.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this position, you must have experience or exposure to the agricultural or Fresh Produce industries. You must be adaptable, hardworking and passionate about your work. The ability to plan, organise and see the bigger picture will allow the individual to succeed.
