A former professional rugby player with a BSc in Sports Science, Lawrence worked in sales and the NHS before joining MorePeople. He sold ice baths to professional sports teams and also worked at the London Olympics in their cryotherapy department!

Lawrence joined MorePeople in 2019 and now manages our Operations and Engineering team covering roles across all our sectors, across the UK within Production, Warehousing, Logistics, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain. Lawrence’s natural management ability means he also manages our Rural Professionals team as the team grows.
