A major player in the fresh produce industry based out of Lincolnshire are looking for a Business Executive to join their support team. As a grower led, grower owned business they are looking for a likeminded, confident candidate with strong admin and sales support skills.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the wider development and growth of the BGA business, establishing a budgeted income stream for each group and ensure targeted income achieved and carrying out and delivering the mission and goals of the business. You will also provide support to committees and boards during meetings and co-ordinate and manage conferences, events and meetings.

To be an ideal candidate for this role you will firstly need strong commercial awareness and good communication skills, with an understanding of office packages. Experience within a similar role would be desirable with an ability to motivate others and remain calm in a challenging role.
