Salary: Up to £55k
Hours: Monday - Friday (with flexibility)

Are you an experienced Butchery Manager/ Supervisor looking to take on a new role with lots of scope for progression and growth?

Do you have production Manager experience within a meat environment and sound knowledge of yields and butchery methods?

The role itself will need little explanation for those already in a similar role, you will be expected to manage daily processes and maintain high standards throughout all areas. You will manage a team of 3 team leaders plus butchers and then skilled operatives.

To be successful in this position you will need:

* Previous Butcher experience or a good knowledge of Butchery processes
* Experience managing teas within a food environment
* The ability to effectively communicate business needs with your team and ensure best practices are achieved.
* Being able to develop your team will prove crucial in growing the scope for both your career and theirs.
