CI Manager | Chilled Manufacturing

We are working with a fantastic Chilled Manufacturer looking for a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager coming from the fresh produce or food manufacturing sector.

The business is growing at pace and therefore looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager with experience in a food processing environment. In this role, as a CI Manager you will be identifying the opportunity for step change and incremental changes and improvements, as well as implementing all LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.

The ideal candidate for this role will not only have a solid knowledge of and experience implementing Continuous Improvement and LEAN Manufacturing methods, but also have strong leadership skills. This role is more or less about the people than the actual implementation.
