Are you looking to progress into a commercial director role to lead a business commercial strategy and team toward growth?

We're currently looking for a talented individual who can create a strategy to aid business growth and then go out to the market to deliver c.10-20% growth. You will need to be hands-on with customers and manage team.

The business has a c.£30m turnover across a few different divisions and product areas. They are a market leader in one area and want to capitalise on this and aid their growth in other channels.

Given their location, you might need to stay away from home a night or two a week.

The business supplies multiple channels and someone with experience in supplying retailers, food manufacturers, and out-of-home channels would be more likely to hit the ground running. Retail supply experience is a must though.
