This role is all about developing new and existing relationships to increase sales and basket mix.

Part of the challenge is that, like so many fresh produce businesses, there is a desire to move away from commodity pricing and add more value to the customers and consumers. Having a healthier bottom line when there are so many challenges facing the sector is tough. But that's where you can come in.

You'll utilise your experience to drive deeper, more meaningful relationships with the retailers. You'll leverage consumer data, existing lines, relationships and new products to increase sales and overall basket mix. In turn, this will have a positive impact on the overall business margin.
